Sharetea Campsie — Restaurant in Sydney

I have been drinking this share tea for a long period of time , and today on 26th august when me and my friends went there to grab some share tea as usual at evening time 7:10 pm and there was one girl playing music and making orders and she screamed at me literally saying she cant take orders, due to her such a loud voice one of my friends step out of the shop and i asked her why is that , why you screaming at me , you can say that in your low voice as well . Idk why such people are even hired when they dont know how to speak with customer. And she refused to take order as she said she has alot of order , so why you did not close your door if you cant take customer order and literally screamed at them . I wont recommend this place for share tea if she is working there . This was the girl who literally doesn’t know how to speak and serve...

I was one of the Woolworths delivery driver there. Had a hard enough day trying to look for parking. After going around the block 5 times since all loading zones are completely packed in Beamish St, Campsie, I found a parking spot near the school on Harold St. Then when I came to the store with the delivery items, the 3 staff members there SAW ME STANDING THERE waiting for them to be ready to attend to me. By then there were already 2 customers waiting for their order. ALL 3 girls working there saw me and they ignored me. A third customer came in and one of the girl just served her straight away instead of approaching to me first, when I got there BEFORE that customer did. Knowing their service will be like this, I don't care how good the drinks are. I would not buy drinks from that store. Time: 5:10pm - 5:45pm

I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for a long time and have never had an issue until now. A new employee took my order and was clearly unfamiliar with using the tablet or printing the receipt, which I can understand. However, when preparing my drink, there wasn’t enough tea in the cup, and instead of her correcting it properly, she simply topped it up with plain water — not even with milk and syrup, just water. Unsurprisingly, the drink tasted diluted and flavourless, and to make matters worse, she forgot to add the black pearls. I pointed this out, and while the experienced worker remade my order, not a single apology was offered. The entire experience came across as careless and unprofessional, almost like being scammed.
