Came here yesterday tuesday 5th before lunch. I've been coming here since this store opened and have ordered the exact same order everytime. A tiger milk tea with extra syrup and brown sugar pearls. This day there was a blonde girl all by herself with an attitude like she really doesn't like working there. When I placed my order she first says "we don't do extra syrup" which is a lie because I know they do as I've ordered this drink 100+ times but I was tired and didn't want to argue. Then I finally get my order and there was JELLY in it not PEARLS. Like is she new? Why is she left alone if she was new? Does she not know the difference between pearls and jelly? I am beyond annoyed because it's the one thing I look forward too when I come to North rocks.

Came here on a Friday afternoon with my 3 kids and found Faith working all by herself - taking customer orders, online orders as well as preparing the drinks all by herself. She's done such a brilliant job handling everything as well as providing superb customer service. Keep up the good work Faith! 💪 Attention to Share Tea North Rocks: - Outlet is clearly understaffed on a busy Friday afternoon. - Third time we came just before closing with zero pearl of any kind left to choose from.

Other branches, staff are not as standard as they should be, they are those who don't care about what their customers want. Easily the most underrated and kind Sharetea stores I’ve ever been to. And it’s very true when I say this, all Sharetea stores in Sydney are simply not the same. This store is up to the highest standard with incredibly delicious drinks and friendly, kind and welcoming staff. Service is also extremely fast!! I’ve been to city market’s Sharetea the other day and they couldn’t even offer a cup of water. These guys will give you a cup of ice or water and remake your drink after a spill, free of charge. I will definitely return to this store. Highly recommended to my friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful experience and quick service. On top of that, love the designs on the Ubers 💕💕💕...

Usually, I come back from buying sharetea with two smiling and happy boys, however today was otherwise. We ordered two large drinks both with half sugar and half ice and we were waiting patiently for the drinks. They came and we soon found out that it tasted like there was no sugar and the cup being more than half full of ice. I don't know if it is just me, but I am not a person that is willing to pay 8 dollars for a cup of ice.

And turns out they put something inside the drink that would make my 6 year old son to vomit everything back out into the same cup he just drank out of.

Never coming here again. If you want bubble tea, go to a nearby cha time...
