The coffee is great and the food is great, the problem is with the way the owner/manager treats her staff, I often wondered why the staff turnover was so high, always going in and seeing new faces every other week. Atrocious service, coffee the saving grace. The young man serving me just really could not be bothered being there. Ordered a muffin and after 10 minutes of not receiving it, asked politely if I could have it. He rolled his eyes, did not apologise and basically threw it into my hands. Coffee is delicious, though it takes a while to be served. The real issue with this establishment is the way in which the manager or owner, I'm not sure which, talks to the young staff.
