Simple Simon Pies and cakes — Restaurant in Sydney

ive tried almost everything in the shop and compared to other same price even more expensive bakery shops ive tried around the sydney CBD, it's much better, the meat pie is very generous, the pastry isnt dry or too flaky or too much like cookie dough, just perfect in my opinion, crispy but still moist, the chicken pie is too much overloaded with veggies like most chicken and veggie pie, the custard tart and french vanilla slice is perfect sweet, not too sweet, and the price is affordable, i will recommend people i know about this shop, and the staff always super nice, the boys always happy to serve you even at 6am...

I am giving this bakery/pie shop 5 stars almost on their rock cakes alone. Perfectly crafted with just the right amount of crispness on the outside and a soft fluffy center, topped with a cherry and a light dusting of sugar, they're my favourite snack but I've limited myself to one a week. There is a lot of competition when it comes to bakeries in Caringbah, including two others across the next block, but without fail I keep coming back. Not only are they artists when it comes to baked goods but they are the best pie store in the Sutherland Shire. A hidden gem that deserves a lot...
