We’ve used Smokey Mary BBQ a few times now and they never disappoint! They catered a work Christmas party and it was absolutely amazing. I recommended them again for a friend’s birthday party and the food was just as incredible.

Tonight we grabbed takeaway from their Narraweena restaurant and once again, the quality was spot on. We had pulled pork burgers, beef brisket burgers, and mac and cheese – all of it was delicious. The burgers came with perfectly seasoned fries, coleslaw, pickles, aioli, and their signature Smokey Mary BBQ sauce. Absolutely packed with flavour!

I haven’t had the chance to eat in yet, but I had a peek inside the restaurant and it looks fantastic.

Dined early on a Tuesday night at this place in Naraweena & it exceeded my expectations. I was comparing it to BBQ joints I dined at in Arizona in January this year, and this place just blows them out of the water. Tried the mixed plate to sample their menu and I report as follows - the brisket was super tender and still moist, with that lovely pink smokey crust, the wings were moist with a dry almost crispy skin, the pulled pork was moist and tender and super tasty. Accompanied by good fries and a coleslaw that doesn't overpower the meat which it accompanies, nice and fine shredded carrot and cabbage with a creamy dressing without too much acidity. Broccolini was also very good on a roasted eggplant puree. I would like to see a green salad option as a side, but overall a great meal....

Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at Smokey Mary BBQ with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of perfectly smoked meats filled the air. The menu offers a great variety of options, but I highly recommend the Monster BBQ plate and the pork ribs plate. The brisket was tender, juicy, and packed with flavour, the pork ribs was perfect and the sides were also delicious. We had the churros and pineapple deserts and it was absolutely delicious.
