Helping my son on his new block of land, we generally try to stay close for lunch. So just up the hill on Warringah Road in Narraweena are a small group of shops that sell take away food. Hands down, the busiest business is Flame N Chicken, and they are not only quick with your orders but the food is brilliant. There are a small number of seats available to eat your food right there, an wow, the number of hungry customers tells the story. Good food at good prices and quick preparation. Crispy hot chips - hard to resist!
These hot chips were an ideal snack. Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, they were cooked to an enjoyable crispy texture. The outside is crunchy and golden, with a satisfying snap when you take a bite. Seasoned with just the right amount of salt, these chips satisfied my cravings, but didn’t leave me panting for more. Not quite the perfect chip. Unchanged rating 3 ⭐️
