I waited almost half an hour for a simple sundae that never even came. In that time, customers walked in, got their ice creams and milkshakes instantly, and left, while I just sat there waiting. There was only one lady working, doing everything including making desserts, handling money, and taking orders. Seriously, hire more staff!

After around 25 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be, and she actually said, “maybe 5 more minutes.” That was the final straw. I asked for a refund and left. My daughter was so upset.
