I love the kind of venues that really surprise you with the quality of their food. This was one of those places. At a first glance, it's a takeaway shop. Big space at the front with a little kitchen in the back. A couple of seats inside and out. Don't be fooled though. What looks like something quite simple, actually serves up some of the best pasta I've EVER had! We had a few starters brought to the table which included 'Focaccia', 'Whipped Ricotta Dip with Sardinian Flatbread', 'Marinated Sicilian Olives', 'Buratta with Olive Oil', 'Roasted Pumpkin with Pepitas & Lemon Pangrattato', 'Roasted Eggplant with Goat Cheese' and 'Marinated Mushrooms'. Everything was amazing but I have to mention that the pumpkin and eggplant dish were my favourites. The ricotta dip came in close too. Oh and the burrata. OKAY IT WAS ALL GOOD.. ALL OF IT! I asked the guys to surprise us with the pasta dishes and I am so glad that their gnocchi was one of them. I was told the 'Pumpkin Stuffed Gnocchi with Sage Butter' was the one I had to try and now, I know why. I can't begin to explain just how incredible this was. It was like a big bowl of buttery mashed potato and pumpkin and it was warm and hearty. This was by far, the best dish of the night. We also ordered the 'Truffle Stuffed Gnocchi with Porcini Butter' which was just as delicious! 'Cacio e Pepe' is an iconic Roman pasta made with just a few ingredients; Pecorino cheese, parmesan and black pepper. It is traditionally served with tonnarelli pasta, which compared to spaghetti is square and thicker. The pasta generally has a rough surface that hangs on nicely to sauces. I though it was beautiful but I promised I would come back when I didn't have to shoot content and eat it hot and fresh! We also got to try the 'Spaghetti Aglio, Olio, Peperoncino, Cherry Tomato, Olives e Lemon Pangrattato'. I mean, it had garlic, oil, olives and cherry tomato. Of course I was going to love this one too! They also have a couple of variations of two desserts, Tiramisu and Panna Cotta. We got to try the 'Pistacchio & Chocolate Tiramisu' and the 'Berries & Almond Panna Cotta'. They're served in these cute little jars and it was a beautiful way to end dinner.

📍76 Clovelly Rd, Randwick. I wish I lived closer to this place. Every time someone says Randwick, I immediately blurt out “You have to go to Spaghetteria.” It’s part pasta shop, part casual Italian heaven, and honestly one of the coolest spots I’ve been to in ages. 🍝 We tried nearly the whole menu and I have no regrets. Starting with the truffle-studded gnocchi little pillows filled with mushroom truffle ricotta, drenched in porcini butter, finished with a generous shower of Parmesan and cracked black pepper. Melt-in-your-mouth richness. Then the pumpkin-stuffed gnocchi, swimming in sage butter with sweet pumpkin ricotta inside, topped with amaretti crumble, Parmesan, and more pepper. 🫓 We kicked things off with whipped ricotta and Sardinian flatbread mmm that ultra-creamy ricotta spread over crisp, paper-thin bread? A dream combo. Then came the marinated Sicilian olives and the in-house baked focaccia which was fluffy, golden, perfect. And obviously we got burrata, because what’s an Italian meal without one? Creamy, gooey, and basically made to be eaten with everything else on the table. 🥒 We balanced all the rich stuff with a cucumber and tomato salad that had pickled red onion and pan-roasted tomato bit fresh, punchy and a little zingy, the perfect reset between bites of buttery gnocchi. 🍝 The other pastas? Also 10/10. The cacio e pepe with truffle was pure indulgence, it was silky, peppery, cheesy in all the right ways. And the spaghetti aglio? Packed with roasted tomato, olive, lemon pangrattato, garlic, olive oil, chilli and topped with fresh parsley and lemony breadcrumbs that added the most satisfying crunch. Simple but unforgettable. 💭 I already know I’ll be back. I’ve got unfinished business with the pasta. And I’ll absolutely need more focaccia, because once was not enough. 🏃‍♀️Spaghetteria is one of those places that just gets it. The food, the vibe, the flavours which is all so thoughtful without being fussy. Perfect for first date vibes or take your friends, go hungry, and don’t hold back. You’ll roll home and still want more.

We have always been eyeing this local gem .Every time we pass here it’s always popular and we heard good reviews. We finally tried to dine in here today for lunch and it delivered our expectation. Yum! We ordered their homemade focaccia garlic, spaghetti ağlıyo and gnocchi al Ragu. The pasta is home made and “al dente” sauce is rich in flavour. They also have vegan and vegetarian option which is a delight. We love that the staff are friendly particularly Sophie who is very sweet and has good customer service skill. Sophie ensured to check in with us regularly on how we think of the food and assisted us from the moment we sat until we leave the place. I did not finish my plate as it’s really filling so it can also be good for sharing. We also enjoyed learning French and italian 😊 bonus the in house ,Tiramisu. Thank you and we will be back with friends and family. Highly recommended. MUST TRY in Randwick!

Spaghetteria team thank you for always being warm and welcoming to us. Food is always phenomenal of course. I felt a need to put a feedback towards the team with excellent customer service. Last Friday I order a food delivery from Uber and happened to be stolen by the driver and mind you it was a 150$ worth of stolen order. Really appreciate Dani and Natty made me my order again which was then collected by my husband David. Today I went to the store to get some fresh pasta and fortunately I was at the shop today when one of the Uber drivers came to collect the order and it happens to be the same person who “STOLE” my food last Friday. I notified the staff as soon as I saw the driver and the food delivery was denied to them. Kudos to the staff members who took an action professionally. Action taken towards the driver wasn’t any sort of disrespect or unfairness but a step taken to stop the relentless pattern of “STEALING”orders that belongs to somebody else and this is something the driver needs to change in them as a customer support worker. When my order got stolen I reported this issue to Uber but no action has been taken even though the driver has multiple history of stealing orders. Lucky enough I have the detail of driver and I will be reporting the driver to stop this from happening again. These kind of stealing behaviour is disgusting and unacceptable.

Drivers name is - Julie Perrin Bike number- CU43GO Order name- David S.

I hope this information helps you guys to report the driver. I have the drivers picture as well incase you need them. Much love to...
