I recently had a disappointing experience at a sushi Hub where I found a hair in my sandwich. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, the worker dismissed my concern, claiming it was nothing. It was frustrating to see him lie right in front of me instead of acknowledging the issue.

Read moreI've been a frequent patron at the Wetherill Park Sushi Hub. There appears to be a drastic drop is food quality as of late. If you like to have dry rice cake, then feel free to try to nigiri (salmon in particular).
Also, I had to cancel my order of seafood salad today because the chef was basically manhandling the raw ingredients without gloves then proceed to touch all the kitchen cupboards without any care for hygiene conditions (during a COVID pandemic, wow).
Its truly unfortunate, but they should really not hire workers with such carefree attitude towards customer service and hygiene...
