Sushi Meow — Restaurant in Sydney

Horrible experience. Myself and another family member ate lunch here recently and both came down with a severe case of food poisoning after eating here. We both visited the place on the Wednesday (28/10/22) and had takeaway rolls. This has been the only meal either of us had eaten that day and within a few hours of eating, I had severe stomach cramps and began vomiting and having diarrhoea. I had vomited at least 10 times within 12 hours of eating. My symptoms were extremely painful and horrendous to the extent of passing out and having an ambulance called. Cute little sushi train restaurant and a good place to go to eat some fresh sushi. Portions of the Chicken Kastu Don and the Chicken Karaage Udon were good for the price, we left feeling very full and satisfied. I think they could benifit from adding some form of Tonkatsu sauce or mayonnaise to the fried Don items as they were nice but were a bit low on flavour side of things. However big points for the Chicken Karaage that came with the Udon meal as it seemed to be made in-house and was of much better quality than places that use pre-prepared frozen stuff. Sushi with a view. Though admittedly “with a view” can be used to describe almost everything at Bondi.

Reasonably priced sushi, sat in the back with the train being able to pick up a couple plates and ordering a couple more. I like the computer system being in place to order so I don’t need to worry about taking my time. Very cute set up with a nice theme.
