Syrian Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

My experience with this restaurant started off with me walking in with my son as he needed to use the bathroom and then i intended on trying the food. As I walked in to ask if there was a bathroom for my 2 year old to use, i was shocked with the response of the male worker whom im presuming is the owner. He pretty much kicked me out and was very dry with his response. He didn't give me eye contact and told me no bathroom for you and I told him its just for the 2 year old , he is busting and he said to me, no go walk to the mall which was very rude of him especially that I am obviously 9 months pregnant and that clearly didnt flinch a dot of humanity from him. I didnt reply back to him as i didnt want my son to see me arguing with him. I am a Australian- syrian myself who was really excited to see a syrian restaurant and thought I'd be able to feel welcomed by those of my own people as we are known to be very welcoming and warm people. I was gobsmacked by his rudeness and attitude towards someone from his own culture. He lost a customer and I will not recommend this restaurant to any syrian in the community. Rude customer service and clearly was racist and didn't like the way I was dressed. What a shame it is on...

My recent experience at ( Syrian Restaurant ) was nothing short of amazing! From the instant I entered, I was welcomed with warm and friendly service that made me feel completely at ease. The staff genuinely went the extra mile to guarantee a delightful dining experience.

The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish I sampled was filled with genuine flavors and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The falafel were perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside, easily ranking among the best I've ever tasted. The Fatteh & Foul was a true revelation, featuring a perfect mix of textures and savory flavors incredibly fresh and creamy. The hummus was exceptionally fresh and smooth. To complete the meal, the mixed pickles provided a delightful tangy contrast to the rich flavors, and the traditional tea was the ideal comforting conclusion.

We ate at this restaurant on Saturday 02/08/2025. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted to our table by a very lovely lady. The service we received was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing and everything was super fresh. When it came time to pay the bill we were expecting to pay a lot of because we ordered so much food, we were shocked and surprised that the total only came to $80. The amount of food we ordered would have cost $150 at any other similar restaurant. The portion sizes were very large as well. The owner constantly kept checking in to make sure we were satisfied and was really pleasant to have a conversation with even though they were super busy.
