I've had dinner a few times here with my family but the most recent time I think something was wasn't quite right with chicken karaage and returned it. They brought it back with an explanation but I wasn't interested in having more. They offered a replacement which is fair enough but I it. When I paid the bill they did ask if everything was alright and I said there was something wrong with the karaage, I returned it but they just ignored it and continued to process the bill, which I paid. I think for the effort it takes vs sentiment it generated towards the restaurant, it's just easier to take it off. My wife ate at this local restaurant a few weeks back for a friends birthday. She remarked that the food she had ordered was a bit hit and miss, but her friend was happy with her meal. Last night we took the family hoping for a better result and let me start with the meal size comparison to another local Japanese restaurant; its much less. Same price, approx half the food. We ordered the large sashimi platter as my partner loves kingfish. We were served a plate with 3 pieces of tuna, and lots of salmon pieces. If we wanted salmon we would have order a plate of salmon!! You should have told us before just serving up the sashimi that you ran out of kingfish!! We would have ordered something else. The staff have no idea, a robot would do a better job!!
