I've been a long time patron of this store and have always enjoyed the service here. However, I ordered two pizzas via the phone tonight and asked for a super supreme and chicken avocado pizza respectively.
Upon arriving I paid for my pizzas as I usually do and was told to wait a few minutes as my order wasn't ready. After a few minutes my name was called out and I then collected my pizzas accordingly. After I got home, I opened both boxes and one of the pizzas was incorrect (appeared to be some cheese garlic one which was obviously not chicken avocado).
I then called up the store to ask about my order and said one of the pizzas was incorrect, I was then told by one of the staff members that I should have checked my pizzas on site before I left and open each box - putting the onus on the customer to check that the pizzas served are correct. I asked what the solution would be and they then said they couldn't deliver the correct pizza because it had gone out. I had two choices, either wait for another pizza to be made or get my money back. Had I not offered to drive back and return the pizza my case would have been chucked aside and ignored. I eventually got my money back after driving back and having to open up the (now cold) pizza box AND show my receipt of what was ordered.
An utterly shocking service where it could've been avoided if they had checked the pizzas before stacking them together and asking customers to collect on site.
Don't put the blame on customers for receiving their order wrong and making them feel like the culprit. Definitely won't be coming...

When we asked what their policy of cancellation is they said they could not cancel our order and we had to do it through uber app. Because of that We ended up waiting as it was late and we needed to eat. Then we called again at 8:15 and they said said they were under the assumption that the order was cancelled (despite saying they could not order our order on the phone) We never canceled the order on the app, we were still tracking it and yet they assumed we had. So we were tracking an order that didnât exist because they made an assumption without bothering to check the order status. When I voiced being frustrated there was NO APOLOGY merely a âdo you want to reorder the pizza? Is there anything else we can help you withâ
I have never in my many years experienced such complete disregard to customers. Obviously the thought that âthe customer is valuedâ is a joke to this shop.

Margherita and the Vegetarian pizza they make on seperate occasions.The Margherita with buffalo mozzarella mozzarella is very good as is their version of Vegetarian pizza. The traditional Margherita compares very well to versions overseas.
