We have been a loyal customer of Thai @Neutral Bay since its opening a few months ago, and for good reason! We've already celebrated multiple family birthdays and dinners with friends, and every experience has been exceptional.

The cuisine is genuinely authentic, with generous portion sizes and an extensive menu featuring the familiar traditional Thai dishes alongside the chef's specialties. Such a shame that the manager has not thought to staff the restaurant. The food was so delicious. We ordered the prawn and pork dim sim superb The crying tiger beef was good The soft shell crab on salad .. the crab was superb but the salad was so raw and tough because it hadn’t soaked for long enough The pork spare ribs on apple salad was the Best.

Unfortunately, we arrived at 6.45 and there was no food till 7.45. There was One girl handling all the tables and three chefs in the kitchen who had been overwhelmed by Take away orders. What a shame we couldn’t enjoy our food with the family as we had to leave with our food in boxes to be eaten...

This restaurant is an absolute gem—not just for its incredibly delicious food but also for the warm hospitality of the staff and owner. Despite arriving very late, they allowed us to dine in past their last order time without rushing us to order or finish our meal. They let us explore the menu freely, without any restrictions, even though it was late. We ordered the vegan Thai curry with rice and the vegan laksa, and both dishes were hands down the BEST EVER—and that’s coming from someone who eats a lot of Thai food!
