Skybar has a Dinner Movie Deal @ $40. I was prepared to pay this for a movie ticket and a 2 course meal and drink. I was to put it on my Credit Card, I did not take any cash with me as I did not need it. I arrived well in advanced to the start of the movie. Went to Skybar to purchase my Deal and pay the $40, to be told they had not been advised the table I was at was doing the Deal. I was very disappointed as the other restaurants near the cinema I was able to purchase a Deal with them in the past. After the movie (which I paid on Credit Card) the table I was with went to Skybar for dinner, to my horror one in my party had a Deal Menu in front of her, I asked how that could be as I had been refused, she also arrived early did what I had done and was given the Deal. I asked staff why I was not allowed the Deal. Told I did not state what movie I was seeing and which table I was going to be seated at. I do not know the answers if the questions are not asked. What staff should have done was ask me what movie I was seeing and one of the staff should have gone up to the cinema and got the ticket, no this did not happen. So instead of me having a 2 course meal and drink, I had a one course meal and water which should have cost me $15.50. Because this amount was under THEIR credit card limit (and whose fault was that) they charged me a surcharge of 16% ($2.50) totalling $18.00, you may say, well that's not the end of the world, no it isn't. The party I was with were exposed to the senior staff member trying to justify her staffs actions to the point I politely asked her to leave our table as I did not want to hear any more of her feeble excuses, which was directed at the person who organised the table. For the Roseville area this kind of inadequate customer services should not be tolerated. LOL what a rip off. They need to get it right and that is (someone go and get the movie ticket) if not, appease me, offer me a pot of tea or coffee for the inconvenience, and never, never charge an already unhappy customer a surcharge of 16% for being under THEIR CREDIT CARD LIMIT. I’ve ordered takeaway and dined in on multiple occasions and I have to say that this restaurant is one of my favourite Thai restaurants in Sydney. The staff are so lovely and constantly maintain a high standard of service and care. The food and drinks are always delicious. I always get excited to eat here and I could not recommend this place more! They also have great Covid procedures with hand sanitiser readily available and seating physically distanced from other patrons. I will definitely keep coming back to dine...

New favourite Thai restaurant found.

This restaurant has all the usual Thai restaurant menu items but also has a list just as long of what felt like unique specials to try out.

All of their sauces are made fresh in-house and this really showed with things such as the chicken satay, which were excellent.

Service was perfect and I noticed that the boss seemed to be on first name terms with regular customers, a sure sign that the locals love it....
