I’ve been to this place before, a couple times actually and the sweets are usually good. The last time I stopped by was maybe a year ago. Tonight I went there with a friend and we were greeted with one of the servers following us around as we were looking at the display cases of sweets. Not sure why she was doing this? Did she think we were going to break the case and possibly run away with the sweets? Haha! Was very awkward. But once I spoke to her she seemed friendly enough and perhaps there may have been a communication barrier. Maybe she thought she would stand there in case we had questions or wanted to order, I don’t know. Was just off putting. The environment and seating looked modern and there was a fair bit of people there tonight.

Now for the food… let’s start with the bad. The crown of all Lebanese sweets is the baklawa, this place unfortunately failed miserably. This was one of the worst tasting baklawa I’ve had. It was sweet but it was very doughy. Baklawa is meant to be light, sweet and have a crisp crunch when biting into it. This failed on all accounts. They also gave us 5 pieces instead of 6, but that didn’t matter because we took one bite each and didn't eat them.

The good… I absolutely loved the walnut mamoul, it was so soft, fresh and was filled with walnut filling, everything a mamoul should have. For this reason I give this place a 3 star. They had awful Baklawa but one of the best mamoul I’ve ever tasted! I guess they evened themselves out! Maybe the patisserie chef was having a bad day and messed up the baklawa tonight, I don’t know, but I may give them the benefit of the doubt and possibly visit again. So if you’re in the area I HIGHLY recommend the mamoul, it...

I ordered a custom design cake for my son's first birthday with a girafee on top of the cake. But the girafee on top was a big disappointment. When I took it out of the store, I hardly moved 20 foot and the head fell off. I can assure you that I handled it with utmost care and if there was any shake, it was definitely no more than a shake that a digital camera would experience when taking a picture. The lady who handed me the cake said its because I asked for the cake to be covered with a thin sheet of paper to prevent dust from falling on it during transport. It's ridiculous that the bakery assumes that we would take the cake in open air in a shopping mall. I did not have the time to argue on that day, nor did I want to upset my mental space on a good occasion. So I left without saying anything. It was poorly constructed with hardly any stability. A simple 'L' shaped stick would have done the trick instead of a small skewer stick that they used to prop up the head. I thought they are the experts and they would know about stability. When my wife called to complain about it, they put the blame on me. You may not own up to your mistakes, but shifting the blame to me is not acceptable.

The cake was only $210 and I paid $70 dollars extra for the girafee. So in total i paid $280. You even suggested to use a toy(giraffee), but I was happy to pay $70 for it as I wanted the cake to look beautiful. After paying so much you guys did a BAD job with it. You guys didnt even apologise for it and the staff was rude. You guys have the worst...

Very disappointed. I ordered a tiramisu and I really didn't like it (just ate 2 spoons of it). It tasted nothing like a tiramisu. Also be aware that if you don't take away they charge more than the price on the actual cake display. At the beginning, I didn't know what I was going to order. So I had a look around and I finally decided to order a tiramisu ( 5 dollars per slide on the glass cake display) my wife ordered a tarte ( also 5 dollars). So we told the waitress that we were going to dine in ( not take away). She didn't give us the menu. So she came later on with the order. Once we finished eating . We went to pay and then surprise surprise. Instead of charging us 10 dollars for a tiramisu and a tarte, she charged us 15,80. So I asked her why this difference. She explained to us that the prices for dinning in are different than take away. After hearing that, I told her that she didn't give us the menu when we notified her that we were going to dine in and also didn't explain that it costs more to dine in. In the end they apologised but didn't offer to rectify the situation. Total rip off -felt scammed ! So just...

Definitely my go-to for Lebanese sweets…everything is so fresh and looks and smells delicious! I love the vibe of this place. I usually visit on the weekends and mainly pick up and go. The Lebanese music adds a little something to the experience. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming and really take the time required to ensure your tray of sweets will be received with gratitude and excitement. I highly recommend coming here and they also have a variety of snacks and drinks, should you find yourself feeling a little peckish 😉
