I recently visited this restaurant with my family, hoping to enjoy a seafood meal together. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Upon arrival, we were told to wait despite there being several empty tables. The staff assigned us a table number but didn’t allow us to sit, and one of the workers was particularly rude for no apparent reason. After waiting for a long time, I had to approach another staff member who finally allowed us to sit at an available table.

The service continued to disappoint — we were served food without any forks or knives. When we asked for cutlery, the staff member responded disrespectfully, saying, “This is the best I can do,” and offered no assistance. There were also no napkins provided; I had to use my own just to clean my hands.

As for the food, it was unacceptable. The fish was undercooked and tasted unpleasant. For a place that charges customers, the quality and service made us feel as if we were begging for a meal. It was truly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Their Susan’s Siyediyeh (Fisherman’s Rice) was a true standout – a generous, soul-warming plate that felt like a taste of home by the sea. The mix of grilled dory, prawns skewer, battered prawns, prawn cutlets and crispy potato scallops was just amazing combination! Don’t skip their Fried Whiting and the unique fried bread with cauliflower – crispy, satisfying, and packed with comfort-food vibes.
