The Hub — Restaurant in Sydney

What a shame. The Asian Fusion Restaurant really lets the West Leagues Club down. Service is dreadful. Not a smile to be seen. Cold, bland and mechanical. I can only imagine this is the service you would receive in a prison cafeteria. Wait time wasn't too long. My 'buzzer' went off and I went to the counter. The server couldn't find my order. "Have you got your docket!" he snapped at me. I walked back to the table where I had left the docket, screwed it up and left. Don't worry about 'we will pass the feedback to the staff'. Sit down for five minutes near the counter and let me know if any guest gets a friendly welcome or any staff crack a smile. Only eating at the Bistro from now on where the staff are friendly and professional and the food is fantastic. 5 stars...

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Thai-style barramundi at Asian Fusion at The Hub, and despite some mixed reviews, I can confidently say it was an outstanding dish. The barramundi was perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and a tender, flaky interior that melted in your mouth. The Thai seasoning was vibrant and well-balanced.
