Do not bother with this cafe. Firstly ordering is extremely difficult and the staff seem to not know which tables have ordered what. At the 32minute mark we enquired as to how long our 2 meals would be the staff were rude and extremely dismissive and told us we had not been waiting 30mins when we showed them the docket with the order time on there they just turned and walked away. When our meals arrived the same staff threw our meals on the table. We went to start eating the saddest looking chicken burger you’ve ever seen and there was an item missing from our order. So we asked about that and were told it was coming. We finished our meals before it finally arrived. By this stage we couldn’t wait to leave this hostile environment so no longer wanted this food. Terrible experience. They completely messed up my order and then blamed me, claiming I didn’t order correctly. I have dietary requirements and was very clear about how I needed my food prepared, yet they still got it wrong. Clearly, they can't follow simple instructions. When I raised the issue, they refused to remake it and were incredibly rude and dismissive about it.

To top it off, my hot beverage was basically light-tinted water, clearly too stingy to use a proper amount of tea leaves. Just awful from start to finish. What a joke of a place! I’m never going back. Honestly, one star is too generous — they don’t even...

I am amazed that staff cannot understand the simplest of requests. I ordered a Hot Chocolate, my partner had a piccolo, to have at a table.The coffee arrives but it is cool. The Chocolate is nice and hot, but as it is in a glass, it is too hot to hold (no handle). I explain this and ask if I may have it in a cup or mug? It then comes back still in a glass but with cold water added to make it tepid. I take it back, explaining I liked it hot, but could not hold it. It comes back in a cup with handle but now cold. I give up and down it in one go. My partner decided there was no use...
