(3.5 stars) Instead of driving by suburbs like Waterloo that have had rapid high rise development while smugly thinking that you’re glad you don’t live there, consider parking and taking a walk around. A quick stop in the well-equipped Wuluba Park, situated between the towers, will demonstrate the importance of accompanying all development with well-planned public space. The small green rectangle fringed by gardens and pathways is teeming with people: dogs chasing balls, family picnics, a swathe of kids determinedly climbing toward a long metal tube slide that seems likely to remove skin in the peak of the Australian summer.
The park goers are supported by a wide range of—mostly inexpensive—restaurants and cafes at the base of each building. These eateries cater to the multicultural make-up of the residents. I was drawn by the promise of Sydney’s best chicken burger at Super Nash Brothers. It’s one of a trio of outlets where Sydneysiders can get a fix of Nashville-style cayenne-spiced, hot fried chicken.
Utterly disinterested service gives us plenty of time to look around the minimalist meets retro space where concrete wall and floor space are take up with neon and a pair of Bandai Namco Mario Kart arcade machines. For two people the super snacky combo ($49) gives you a tonne of food and a drink apiece that you can take out to picnic tables in the sun. Each box contains a sando combo—burger, tender and chips—plus there’s a pickle-heavy snack pack to share. The tender allows you to taste the bird in one of four heat levels: Southern, Nash, hot and reaper. I opt for hot and it gives me a good, building tingle after a quite sweet beginning. Finding the sugar off-putting I prefer the sliced up thigh in the snack pack, where it’s disguised with lashings of ranch and hot cheese. The burger, presented on a milk bun with drippy ranch dressing and shredded iceberg lettuce, is good but I wouldn’t go as far as naming it the best fried chook burger this town...
Read moreFirst of the good things 1. The burgers are tasty and nice thats all ill say about this place we all know any burger shops are good in flavour we know that but it's the mistakes you look for.
Badsides 1. One of the burgers were under cooked but the guy made me a new one and the cook was rushing by the looks of it.
5 people for large burger meals of only burger chips and a can of drink total was $150
Is it worth eating there and paying that price my opinion is no it's good for a one time thing and a one off thing but I will not pay that much were you can go to hungry jacks and there burgers are massive and affordable a burger is a burger if I had to pick nash brothers or hungry jacks ill pick hungry jacks cause the size is bigger and for $150 you can get tons of burgers instead of 5 burgers from nash brothers
Will I go back answer is no nash brothers is more of a one off thing and it's more for people from this modern day if your old school and from the 60s 70s 80s 90s this is not for you.
This is not a bs review ill give it credit but for guy like me raised in the 90s and early 2000s burgers back then will beat nowadays burgers and I like things to be huge and big not small like a biscuit.
I will never go to a place cause people say this and that about it best advice try it for the experience and make you opinions from there for me i just follow principles and tradition you...

Came for Thursday lunch. Parking around the area wasn't too bad. Hardly any queue to order. Staff extremely helpful when you go to order. Great recommendations.
Three of us so we got the super sampler and the super sando combo (pictures are of the super sampler). That way we had a sando each and lots of chips and tenders to pick from (and a thigh on bread we shared).
Food quality is impeccable and price is affordable. Everything was delicious. It only took around 10 minutes from ordering to getting our food. Very acceptable! The sando was the nicest, juiciest chicken burger I have ever had, hands down. The pickles aren't 'brine-ey' and go well with it. The tenders were amazing. Chips were nice and not over seasoned. Thigh on bread was extremely nice too (get the honey chipotle sauce).
Be mindful everything is SPICY and that's the point, so if you are a spicy chicken lover you have to try this place. I know I will be coming back.
Legit 10/10 place. Well done to all staff working there. You each add to...
