🚨 Warning: Terrible Experience at Titanic Restaurant Bankstown 🚨

I went to Titanic Bankstown today with my 6-year-old child. As I parked outside the restaurant, a staff member came out and asked why I parked there. I explained that we were planning to dine at the restaurant, but he rudely replied, “We have reservations. If you’re not eating here, don’t park here.” The place was completely empty—there wasn’t a single customer inside.

I told him we no longer felt welcome and would be leaving. As I was about to take my car out, the owner suddenly came out, blocked the parking entrance, and began shouting and threatening me for no reason. Shockingly, he threw a parking chain at my car while my child was in the vehicle. My 6-year-old started crying out of fear.

I’ve travelled to many countries, but I’ve never experienced such aggression and intimidation, especially at a restaurant. The owner and several staff surrounded me and told me they would let me leave only if I apologized—for what, I still don’t know. Maybe just for coming to their business?

This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially toward families and children. It was deeply upsetting and traumatic for my child. The management at Titanic Bankstown should be ashamed of the way they treated us.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. No one deserves to be treated like this—least of all a paying customer...

Went to Titanic Restaurant with the partner for lunch today and we ordered the king prawn woodfired pizza with chilli and a Pollo grande with chicken pasta and we absolutely loved both dishes. Very tasty and generous portions, the pizza was fresh, full of flavour and PACKED with king prawns! Perfect amount of kick with the chilli as well which really complemented the pizza. For dessert we ordered an old fashioned banana split which was topped with ice cream, fresh cream, banana syrup and a drizzle of chocolate sauce which was amazing! Perfect way to end a fantastic meal. I would definitely be coming back here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try it out, you won't be disappointed at all. The service we received from the moment we walked in till we left was outstanding, well done to the 2 gentlemen that were running it today, a job very well done......

The waiter made us pay for other items and didn't allow us to only pay for the arguileh. On top of that we werent allowed to get tap water as the other item, they told us we can only buy other drinks and food along with it. On top of all this, whenever we said that it was a strange rule the waiter would get an attitude and threaten us by telling us that the owner was on the other table and we should talk to him about the water rule. On top of all this the waiter forced us to pay for everything before we even got it and we got many disapproving looks from staff. Overall a terrible experience, will not...
