100% agree! The new owner Doggy evil. I use to go there for many years until this rude owner has taken this once Jasmine awesome restaurant to the dumps. Owner makes sure portions are very small, the skewer meats OMG was rubbery! You can't chew it so you have no choice but to spit it out! The kebbeh Nayee was so dry when it came to my table. All I can taste is disgusting dry off meat with no spices. The fried eggplants and cauliflower was soaked in so much oil that you truly cannot consume. The salads and vegetables were drying out cause they were old! I asked for fresh bread when I can see it was defrosted served to me. BUT I still got the same bag back! Nasty very bad. Hummus and babagnouge were tasteless from lack of seasoning and you can taste it's not fresh. When I went to pay and gave this angry looking evil owner criticisms on his foods, he started being extremely rude and loud in front of my very young son and customers. He kept arguing with me and trying to defend the gross foods he has made are "good." He knew very well I have been a customer for over 5 years from his ONLY one beautiful waitress Linda. She is the only best thing he kept. He wasn't happy to take what I returned off my bill at all with his angry attitude. Just before half an hour we went there and guess what we got a big surprise! I can’t remember last when we got such an experience. 1. The plate was dirty so we asked the waitress politely “ sister, can you please change this? “ She just frowned and made such a face like we committed a sin to say so. After getting the plate I said thank you & she didn’t even bother to say No Worries?? 2. I wanted to drink water and when I took the glass I saw that there was food scrap inside. Again I called her when she was passing & asked to change. Again same impression . And guess what, she didn’t even bother to give a glass, I had to go to another table to find a clean glass. 3. The garlic dip they served, had flies on the top? Waited for her to see us so that we can ask to change and got the same look again. 4. We get drink with the food , when we asked for it she just pointed towards the fridge?? Wow. Now come to the food. Nothing was fresh. The bbq was not even cooked properly, too much dry & was cold. Chips & falafels were good really. The kebab platter worth $50 had flies on the top. Amazing. Not only this, the waitress was swearing 🤬 on another customer & the owner said nothing. When I went to give the bill $70+ & told him about the service he said he is having another ceremony on the top? How does it justify?
