While the food was decent the wait for it and the service at the New York Deli was the worst! My food order was made and they lost the buzzer by the time my transaction was completed. I then waited an hour for 2 fried eggs, fried tomatoes and a hash brown. My family who had steaks and Asian food all ate and had finished before me.

While waiting I ordered a large fresh OJ for $8.50. When they went to make it they realised they didn’t have oranges, the. The lady offered me bottle juice as an alternative- I requested a refund instead- she then went to refund me $5.50 and when I challenged her on the price made a fuss, eventually refunding me the correct amount.

The kids meals of the family members with us also came out after the other diners had waited. They lost a coffee order of my 80 year old mother then challenged her in the order she made (large) and made her pay another 70 cents before they would make her coffee that they lost and had taken 20 minutes to eventually make.
