wildbean cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered from this cafe via uber eats and all i can say is that I am completely outraged and shocked. I would like to start by saying my delivery driver was absolutely delightful and did everything in her ability to make my experience amazing. Nothing wrong there, absolutely perfect! My complete shock came from the fact that she arrived at the destination almost in tears. It came to my attention that my driver was discriminated against whilst she was trying to pick up the order. The server at the restaurant was extremely rude to her and even went as far as to shove the order at her and yell at her. The server at this store (which i will NEVER be ordering from again) gave the driver only half of my order and ordered the driver to come back almost 2 hours later to pick up the rest of the food rather than cancelling that part of the order. English was clearly not the delivery drivers first language however she was a very kind, respectful and polite throughout our entire interaction and the server at this store was an ignorant, entitled and clearly troubled person who should not be allowed to interact with customers. Absolutely appalled and disgusted with how she treated another...

My order was cancelled via uber eats, I called the place personally just to ask why, wanted to know what items that were available. To my surprise the man who picked up got angry is didn't introduce my name? I have my reason for calling and I showed no aggression, however he continued to go on saying " Are you expecting me to serve you, I have no intentions of helping you, my boss said if I don't like the person I'm talking to, I don't have to help"

I was just confused as I just wanted my food, and was going to re order. He kept avoiding answering my question, raising his voice, so I assume he was just lazy and didn't want to prepare it? I upheld my respect but he just ended the call on me angrily. Now how am I supposed to trust they won't spit in my drink or food the next time I order. Now I can never order here again

This happened 20 mins ago prior to writing this review. For the manager to find out who was on this shift 31st Oct 4:09 am it was cancelled, phone call...

Wow Such a lively spirit of this barista ( Ash ). She has best hand for coffee making... Keep up with good...
