We received some horribly packaged, presented and flavored burger/chip meals from ZBar via a delivery service.

The chips and burgers (if google allowed me to leave an image, I would) were packaged in a manner which ensured that the burgers would not stay together. Furthermore, the food itself was constructed in a way which caused the bun to be soggy and unusable. Why would you package a burger in this way? I have never seen this before. After managing to get the some amount of the food into my mouth (no easy feat all things considered) I could not believe that the taste matched the look.

The less I say about the chips the better, to be honest. Cold and under done comes to mind, however.

Worst of all, the phone number supplied didn’t connect, so I couldn’t even clarify the situation. I would strongly recommend not getting their takeaway selection, and because of this situation I can’t really recommend the business as a whole. It seems like there are a few reviews here who have had contrary experiences, and I hope that if you order from here that you won’t have the same experience...

My experience also very poor. They treated my brother very poorly (a Viet war vet with major health problems and just out of long stay at three hospitals, two of which had provided him with rehabilitation programs. These problems make it difficult for him to stand for even a short time). This happened while I was ordering some takeaway from the outside area of the cafe. They demanded that he vacate the table he was sitting at while I ordered. he was fully vaccinated but unfortunately his phone wasn’t working so I couldn’t show them. I personally took him to the to the two Covid vaccinations so can easily vouch for it. Anyhow regardless of this (and I do understand they had the right to reject him coming into the store), but that’s no excuse to treat people poorly.. Wont be...

Very disappointed, i ordered strong flat white and baby chino yesterday. It took 30 mins to get my order. The (regulars) group of ladies that came after me all got there’s first. Finally got my coffee, it was made with almond milk, I had to walk back and get the coffee I paid for. I wanted to sit with my son enjoy but was waiting so long we had to get takeaway.
