Zeus Street Greek Willoughby — Restaurant in Sydney

We ordered two pitas, two pitas and a drink to share which according the menu should’ve been $42, but when I tapped my card it was $60. The man serving us said he accidentally added another pita and so gave me $17 in cash, but not a refund via the card. It all happened so fast that I didn’t have time to dispute what he was doing. We were very specific when ordering and i confirmed our order twice verbally and he agreed so I’m not sure how he added a third pita by accident. He was handing me the cash before he finished explaining his mistake and in hindsight all I can think is that this was a standard processing for them to wash cash? It was very strange. The service was otherwise good but this left a really off feeling that would make not return to this store. The food was below average, extremely salty and not even close to being Greek! Even the pita bread was salty. The restaurant was empty (Friday lunch) aside from a worker eating and there were noisy minors that kept swooping in and out and ignored...

Zeus Street Greek is an absolute gem! The food here is incredible—fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The lamb souvlaki is tender and perfectly seasoned, and the pita bread is so soft and fresh. Their halloumi chips are a must-try, and the dips are full of authentic Greek flavors.

What really stood out to me was the friendly and efficient service. The staff are always welcoming and take the time to ensure everything is perfect. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

I also love how accommodating they are with dietary preferences, offering vegetarian and gluten-free options without compromising on flavor. Zeus Street Greek is definitely a place I’ll be returning to again and again....

I’ve ordered through the app multiple times now. Food is fresh, tasty and well presented. Great serving sizes and value for money too.

Try the Souvla meats for more quantity and delicious crispy bits and tender meat. Great chips.

Ordering though their app results in personal labels per item, so missed/incorrect orders are way less likely. Great system. Prices are better too.

Absolute commitment to delivery, shout out here to the team member who chased my delivery driver all the way to my house and delivered the item I’d only just worked it was missing. Legend. Not service I’d expect you can always provide but doing it at all shows how much you care, and that’s totally reflected in the food too....
