Want an experience? This isn’t it. Nothing special but then a standard is no bad thing. Cant excuse the rude rude staff though who look skyward when you point out they’ve got the change wrong. And five paper cups for two coffees leaves me feeling like i’m stripping the planet of its resources. What happened to real reusable…perhaps even classy…. cups??

Very disappointed with the way I was treated at this Banjo’s store. I have an assistant dog and was ordered out as a lady had complained about being allergic to dogs. You need to read the Commonwealth legislation for discrimination against a person with a disability who is using an assistance animal.

Standard Banjos bakery experience. Pies and pastries are nice, albeit a little on the greasy side. Coffees are nothing to write home about but are satisfactory. Service was good. Nice range of fresh bread and rolls, but unfortunately they don't make any 100% rye breads. Free wifi is a bonus.

Rude Cashier

Went to have something to eat and drink here for the first time today with my family, while trying to decide on what we all wanted from the sweet section your employee asked if we have decided on what we wanted and i said not yet and she asked again with a tone in her voice, I replied that we haven't decided yet and she than again asked a third time with an attitude to which I decided I had enough of her rude attitude and said so as I left, no where did she communicate that she wasn't able to serve the people waiting as the second register was above the display cabinet that i didn't see until I was leaving as it was partially hidden.

The store layout isn't great, can't see what there is available unless you go to where the food is and then you risk being in the way while trying to decide what you want.

This store isn't disability friendly, need to be able to see everything from well away from the cabinets or remember what they have, you can't just go up for 5 minutes to...

That was an expensive scollop pie $11 , took one bite and threw it in the bin . The signage said SCOLLOP PIE . It was destroyed by curry , if you're going to destroy a scollop pie by polluting it with curry please advise patrons 😠👎

To the owner , I did return to the shop and politely advised your team member of my disappointment of my purchase . She said the top shelf of the pie warmer was curried pies , no help to me . There were two varieties of pies on that shelf , one was clearly marked " curried chicken pie " the other was marked " scollop pie " so I took that to mean a PLAIN scollop pie . As I said to the young lady , please get your signage correct . Anyway an expensive and disappointing experience at banjo's . We're only travellers from QLD so it probably won't bother you . I love scollop pies . Maybe you should check out what the opposition is doing . So far the best scollop pie I've had in Tassie was in Ulverstone...

My son and I went to the New Norfolk store and were very happy with our coffee and croissants. On leaving I purchased some things to take home. The same young lady served us both times and she was very pleasant. Two staff members were standing at the counter chatting and had to be asked to move so she could get our products. They made it very difficult for her to access the products and then made comment when one of the products were dropped. They proceeded to chat whilst other customers were waiting and once the lady serving me had finished she then served the next customers as well. I felt...
