Subway New Norfolk — Restaurant in Tasmania

I ordered a Veggie Patty sandwich yesterday and I was left extremely disappointed. I dealt with very rude and impatient employees who made me feel far from welcome. When I got home to eat my sandwich my veggie patties were barely warm, my sandwich wasn't cut, the lady who served me put on enough mayonnaise to drown a horse and I was given no napkins to clean up the excess mayonnaise. Tonight my partner and I were served by such a kind girl (Beks)? her customer service was amazing. Previously before us a customer had ordered around 5 or so subs and she smashed them out by herself so quick and patiently, keeping in mind she was in the shop by herself no other colleague that I could see. I just want to say how professional she was in this situation and the way she held herself together. She deserves some type of acknowledgement for this amazing work. We at subway new Norfolk today the girl that served us was excellent she was serving the 2 of us and 2 others with more waiting , it was busy.
