This little take away was formerly a cafe, part of the building is in original cafe condition, in the sense that it is worn and a little like walking back in time, though there is no cafe for customers now.. The area at the rear of the store where the patrons were seated still boasts the original mantle, with three inlaid arts works set between mirrors, well preserved under glass. To me, they appear to have been commercially produced ones, for tourism in Australia around the 50's. I stand to be corrected if I am wrong about the dates and the pictures origins!

The Pepper Mince pies were amazing. The Raspberry and White Choc muffin was great and the ‘large’ coffee is massive. Nice setting and very friendly staff.

This is a big detailed review, it's a Quaint little old skool shop, friendly staff, a fair choice of takeaway food to choose from, from pizza and fried chicken to your every day burger with the lot and seafood, I happened to get the burger with the lot and added beetroot, the only complaint I had with it was there was no lettuce and the beef patty was thin and cheap tasting but all in all satisfying, it was near close and they cooked it fresh for me and I also decided to grab a chicken salad roll and the staff member threw in another for free, so all in all it was a good first experience and worth your visit. But be warned, as I said it's old skool and therefore its CASH ONLY, but plenty of places to get cash out nearby which is what...

Coffee was subpar by Australian standards. We ordered coffee to go along with our muffins and beetroot brownies and then noticed that everyone behind us in the queue got given their coffees before us. When I asked about our coffee I was told that they were busy and that there was a line, but that didn’t explain why they served people who were behind us in the queue first. I can only imagine that they were perhaps racist as we were the only non-white people in the cafe at the time, or very...
