Crustys Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Tasmania

Almost 1.5 hour wait, not good enough. 57 minutes after ordering I ring to see where it is, asking what its progress is, the young lady was smiling as she apologised?! Go figure. So what began as a delivery we decided to change after an hour. On arrival, two pizzas had just been put in the oven.

3 pizzas: cappricciosa with anchovies was ok, I’ve had worse; aussie was ok, again, I’ve had worse; the vegetarian was overcooked and at a guess, was boxed, sitting on the top of the oven, when we called in to pick it up - as the other two were being put in the oven. Very little sign of passata on any of them.

My impression was it was staffed by a bunch of disorganised kids. While I received an apology for the delay, it was not given with sincerity. Whatever huh?

We received a ten dollar cash refund for picking up.

I shouldn’t need to lower my expectations when paying for a dinner we expected to enjoy - nor...

I used to be a Pizza cook in WA. I ordered The Lot and regretted it later. I ate 2 pieces and couldn't stomach anymore. The pizza was oily, tasteless including the pineapple and olives and disgusting. They don't have a clue how to make a good pizza let alone a normal pizza.Honestly they should shut up shop,pay for lessons how to make pizza's and how to buy good ingredients. Avoid, if you want a good pizza in Beaconsfield buy a ready made one from IGA for $7 and add a few toppings from home your wallet and stomach...

Awesome pizza but. Last night I ordered 2 pizza we were told 30minutes so we went in to collect then told another 10 so waited out the front after 10 minutes we entered paid for our pizza then had to wait another 15 so our 30minutes ended up being 55minutes funny thing is there was no sorry we are running behind nothing and they were all stuck in first gear. 55minutes for a 10 minute job. Glad I don't pay...
