Blue Lemon Sushi Terrigal — Restaurant in Terrigal

The food was quite nice and fresh bit under sized for the price that you pay young girl that came and looked after us at the table initially was very nice and welcoming however what seemed to be the owner was very cold and didn't seem to be too friendly same as the lady at the front when I told her it was very nice and asked for a container she said we'll bring it over very bluntly, when paying the bill there was no mention of "how was everything " didn't receive a bill just was told the price then when saying thank you just got a very cold reception as leaving I would go back probably for the food if I was in town but the service is very cold an uninviting they could do with a bit of customer service...

If I could rate this minus 10 I would just based on the rudest customer service ive experienced anywhere in the world. I asked for fresh sushi made to order to which they wanted to sell me the dried up one in the window sitting there for who knows how long. At least 5 tables inside were free when I asked to sit there to which the miserable woman said, "its fully booked". When I said, "it doesn't look booked out now" she sighed, rolled her eyes and stood muttering to the man owner in their language, very rude and arrogant. Luckily I hadn't paid, I said don't worry about it and walked out....

First impressions are raw.. not like the sashimi, but raw like it’s an unforgettable first impression that we will laugh about for years to come. The female owner/manager was rude, didn’t listen, rolled her eyes and generally gave me the impression she was just about to punch someone.

The other staff were lovely, like friendly and nice to talk to.

Luckily, the sushi I ordered was pretty good, as were all the plates tbh. There was more avocado in my rolls than the average tree produces in a year!
