Crust Pizza Terrigal — Restaurant in Terrigal

Check your order before you leave.

Placed a phone order for five items on a very quite winter Monday evening.

When I arrived to collect a slightly cocky young lad presented my order. He left a salad bowl on the side, which I said was also part of the same order, he told me is wasn't. I said I'd ordered a salad, so he checked the receipt, then agreed I had paid for a salad which he then located.

The pizzas only felt lukewarm in the box, even though I arrived within two minutes of when I said I'd pick up.

When I arrived home, the pizzas were not hot at all and unfortunately my daughter had got stuck into a slice of each before I sat down and realised that both pizzas were not what we'd ordered. (Hawaiian and Peri peri chicken ordered, got a meat lovers and a beef thing)

There was a garlic bread, which I had not asked for and the desert which I had ordered was not there.

To be fair, I could have probably taken it all back and given them the chance to rectify it, but it was already 7 o'clock and my young daughter needed to eat and go to bed- so we ate what we had. Which was ok, but not great

Only one of the five things I ordered was correct on pick up, so my advice is to check before you take...

Wait time was quoted to be 70minutes which is a long wait but decided to order and pay anyway. I called to enquire where my delivery was after waiting 90minutes only to be told that I would have to wait another 20mins for delivery. I requested a refund as I was certain that the pizza would be cold on arrival anyway (which it was). I wanted to cancel my order under the circumstances and was offered a store credit of only $30 (which I would have to order from them again to collect) which was less than half of what I spent for 1 garlic bread and two small pizzas. Crust terrigal was fabulous in catering for my sisters engagement party on the weekend. The worker called Grace was extremely helpful in organising the pizzas and paying for them prior to weekend. Grace was very nice and organised to have them delivered creating a stress free party! The pizzas came at the arranged time with no issues and every pizza was made with perfection. Pizzas were extremely fresh and delicious. Very smooth process from organising pizzas and getting them delivered. Very scrumptious pizzas. Will definitely be using crust terrigal for...
