Ho Court — Restaurant in The Entrance

Went there to buy three takeaway meals. On entry it looked like the place had not had a customer for years. It was mostly dark and dingy except for the little entry foyer where you order. The gentleman who took my order couldn't have been nicer, well mannered and even held the door open for me as I was leaving with the food.

But therein lay the problem - the food. It was absolutely disgusting. Looked and smelt rotten, way over salted and nothing fresh about it. The fried rice was black and sticky and stinky, vegetables old and stale, nothing positive about it at all. After a quick and risky taste test it all went straight into the bin.

I have never had Chinese food this bad and we were amazed that none of us got seriously ill from even the small taste we had.

If you could persuade a Billy goat to eat this detritus, I guarantee it would make even him pewk.

DO NOT GO here, you will find better food outside in the gutter. Why the health department hasn't closed this dump...

Went today for lunch and was disgusted. The dim sims smelt like off meat, the spring rolls were cold, asked for some prawn chips and got 4 on a plate. The meals came and there were only 5 pieces of pork on the sweet and sour pork and when I said something they said no there’s a few more we counted and started playing with our food. Then the sweet and sour chicken came out and smelt so disgusting and off and the fried rice was black and soaked in oil. The whole meal was disgusting and we should have known when there was no one sitting inside the restaurant. And when you tell them something you get an attitude.I have never had to spit my food out in a restaurant but this was absoultey disgusting. Place needs to be closed and would love to send someone out to have a look...

Absolutely disgusting restaurant, just wished I had read reviews before entering this old Dungeon. Sign at the door said open ? It was 6.30pm. Total darkness inside, then a few lights turned on. I was obviously the only one there, elderly lady greeted me with .. have you signed in? Hesitated will I walk or stay. I stayed worst decision I made. Fried rice was close to black, soaked in oil? Smelt bad tasted worse. Steamed dumplings one was frozen, lemon chicken was horrible. Thought for sure I would get food poisoning. But escaped. This restaurant needs to be bulldozed.
