I usually patron another branch where my creamy bobacino is prepared slightly differently which I found strange because from my understanding, franchises prepare food and drinks in the exact manner no matter which branch you go to. The Oreo cookies were in rather large pieces as seen from my photo, so it was hard to get them through a straw. Can consider crushing it finely. Customer service can be improved as well. The young girl didn't appear happy to take my order and the guy that made the drink and informed me it was ready, also didn't seem happy to be there. 😅 Perhaps more smiles and a more pleasant tone would make customers feel more welcomed. Considering the branch is new, I believe service would be better in future. May we willing to try again the next time I pass that way.

We ordered roasted oolong milk tea and the Boba milk tea, both of which were good choices. The Boba pearls were also cooked to perfection with the right chewiness. Will be back to try other items on menu.

Took my daughter here yesterday as we both Love bubble tea as I was waiting at the counter for about 2 mins the lady who worked there asked if I had been served I said no, she asked what I wanted I said the 2 bubble teas, she then laughed at me and said they did not have one of the flavours and then continued to work. I was standing there confused like ok, can I still order? I stood at the counter for another 5 mins while the worker were working, looking back at me not talking to me not asking to take my order, at this point I thought about just walking away... My 7 year old daughter said "well that was rude" oh I know, the same lady came back and said 'oh yea we dont have this bbt" "I said that's fine and ordered something else. Today at the centre was an emergency shut down.

During the shut down the owner was very pleasant and friendly outside. 🙂

I love the atmosphere in this centre its upbeat, friendly and welcoming.

Waiting for the firebrigade ( good looking fit strong men too btw).. to do there bit, was over 40 minutes and hot out waiting, the fireman where very pleasant, so all in all great day!

Once the centre opened I headed for a well deserved quenching fruit drink.
