The meal and customer service experience was so traumatic I don't even know where to begin. Ok so here it goes:

sweet and sour pork was so dry and tough that it had the texture of cardboard. Utterly tasteless. Dipping sauce watery and bland. lemon chicken was thick and gluggy like a stew. Didn't look right. Had one small bite and spat it out. Tastless sludge. Not eating that. honey chicken. THEY FORGOT THE HONEY!!! It was sloppy, tasteless chicken with no honey. How?!?

Didn't even touch the rice or prawn crackers by this stage. Spring rolls were charcoal (by this stage I'd expected nothing less).

Called the store and told them the food was inedible. We've had a few bites. Everything is bad and I'm returning it. Was rudely told by a middle-aged asian lady "thats how we cook it". "No refund".

Drove to the store and demanded my money back - approx $80. Same middle aged asian lady from the phone was screaming at me. I demanded the chef taste his food. After much arguing I saw her give him a piece of honey chicken. Then saw it (presumably chewed) thrown in a bin. He clearly clearly didn't enjoy his cooking any more than we did.

Middle aged asian lady - by this time seething in anger - offered to refund sweet and sour, lemon chicken and honey chicken. BUT not anything else because "they are ok".

I - also seething by this stage - told her "you dont cook half the dishes wrong, yet still expect to payment for the rest because its "ok". Give me my money back - immediately".

By this stage everyone in the restaurant was watching and she reluctantly agreed. Called me "the rudest customer [she'd] ever dealbt with".

Attention owner: your food is the problem. Not your customers. If my experience is anything to go by then i doubt you'll be in business much longer.

Food is average, and the service is total a joke.

I've given many chances of going back. Book a table and was told pre order so don't have to wait. Order 7 dishes got 3 wrong. definitely intentionally get it wrong as they want to serve with convenience to them self and only wanna sell high-priced food. (Not the first time but 4 times out of 5 when we dine in without ordering much seafood)

5th time unlucky me. 1st 2 dishes came out in 5 minutes cold. Every other dish comes out 10 minutes per dish later until the 5th dish. I was done waiting, and complaint to the lady they say it's been done comes out 7 mins late. So much for being done. The last dish is just a stir fry veg comes out 10mins after again. Not the first time every time I dined in there last 3 dishes is to ask for it, and then can not cancel has been done, which still takes forever.

This place food is average and service is worse than bad.

If you're looking to dine like a normal Chinese restaurant, prepare to eat like a western cuisine. Of 8 course meal.

Staff is rude. They even charge you water as much as charging you a tea. Try to charge 10npeope when there's only 8 on the table. The price of dishes was charged wrongly to their menu. Luckily I was aware

They're not interested in serving you unless you're gonna order lobster or all the expensive staff. They won't even do your take away when being asked. Staff aren't trained hand a hot take away dishes to a 10-year kid on our table when there's adults around. They only work for their own convenience.

As they said to other bad reviewed replied that they're expecting you to spend the expensive staff tonget good service

NO CUSTOMER DESERVED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS The worst ever experience I got in Perth. Food maybe ok but the service and atmosphere definitely not worth the visit. This is not just serving food is slow, it's more. We have reserved seats and arrived 5 mins earlier, it was not full but kinda crowded but there was a weird atmosphere in the restaurant. It did not take long for us to being treated rudely, this happened while taking the order, we have ordered 4 dishes for 4 adults with rice but the one who was taking the order was very rude, she has been interfering our ordering and wanted us to order more pricey food then when we finished ordering, she even mentioned we have ordered too less and total too cheap but we have already ordered 90-100 dollar worth of meal. After this was worse, we have waited 30 mins, nothing was served and 4 tables plus 2 delivery orders that came before still waiting. Then we tried to approach another lady to ask about how long more to wait, she has responded very rudely and tell us we can leave if we don't want to wait and if we want to wait there's minimum 30mins as they were still preparing the previous orders. We could not take it anymore hence we left not waiting for the food. Regrettably, it was supposed to be a happy dinner for celebrating the mother day 2 families but this... if there is an option for minus star I will not...
