During my 30 minutes in the store, I noticed that the staff lacked basic customer service skills. They appeared serious and indifferent, both towards walk-in customers and delivery drivers collecting online orders. I observed several delivery drivers waiting a long time for their orders. When I spoke to one of them, he mentioned that the items should have been ready within 10 minutes, yet they were still not prepared. Even when asked, the counter staff did not provide any clear response or update. At the very least, the counter staff should show courtesy by informing delivery drivers of approximate wait times, so they can manage other tasks instead of waiting unnecessarily. After they started making the order, they ignored the online orders and focused on chatting instead of helping customers who were there to collect their orders.
Even after I reminded them for the second time about my order, they just kept asking questions and wasted more time without giving me my order. The customer service in Perth is very bad.

I have had Subway all over Australia and have never had even close to worse food or service than this store. The staff are not trained in normal subway procedures (not cooking the bacon or egg amongst other things). The tomatoes were slimy and the cucumber had dried out. The meatballs were hard around the outside. The staff member had no idea how to charge for what we ordered. We will not be going back.
