Ordered via the app, said it should be ready in about 15 minutes. Waited at the counter while the two teenage staff members talked to each other for another 15 minutes, not one other customer in store the whole time. The staff member finally walked over to me, I Said I had the mobile order, he then looked around and said they were making it now. So hadn't even started. Waited a total of 45 minutes before they told me that they had run out of part of my order. Cheese tosties were cooked at least 15-20 minutes before subs, so were stone cold and unedible Absolutely terrible customer service. Will be going to the subway in south Coffs...

Unfortunately, the wait times are consistently awful, not just including this recent visit. It doesn't seem like the owners care enough about the store or it's employees to roster enough people to serve during peak lunch time hours. Multiple customers came in, waited, then turned around and left, because it's clear they weren't going to be served for a VERY long time while there's a single worker doing literally everything.
This store is gonna keep consistently losing money and customers if it keeps...
