For this store to reply and call my honest review defamatory is a joke - I did not become aggressive, and as the photo on my previous post shows there IS hair inside the pizza base - something you did not address in your comment. Please admit fault - do not degrade your customers. I did not give it back to you because it was a delivery and I couldn’t bring it in store for you, that is not my fault at all. You driver also DID give the wrong order - I have this recorded on video and will gladly send it through to you to prove so. I have attached a photo of the driver holding 2 pizza boxes (CLEARLY not my order) in the video your driver says “I have three orders in the car” so why are you lying? Please give me an email address and I will send the video through tonight. I also still have not had a manager call - even though this was promised by your staff member on the night. Lastly, honest reviews after customers contact you with no resolve are not what tarnish small businesses during this pandemic. It is when you refuse to resolve issues, and then respond to reviews by lying and blaming others that will ruin your business. Honestly, your food up until now was exceedingly good quality, but after not being heard or believed alongside this terrible customer service completely outweighs any good your business had. Ordered two Aloha parmigianas through the menulog app asked for napoli sauce in the comments instead of the bbq and aioli sauce this was accepted by the restaurant when they arrived no napoli sauce, but covered in bbq sauce and aioli. They are supposed to have bacon on them there was no bacon the minimal amount of pineapple on them was very pale in colour. Also ordered a potato pizza, pretty rich calling it a potato pizza the was so little potato on it was as if they'd used a potato peeler. The crust was burnt. The only saving grace was the delivery driver was very good and nice and polite, the food was delivered hot and early, pity it was nothing like what...

My fiance ordered two chicken, bacon carbonara pasta boxes to our home tonight via delivery. Never again will we order from here. Total waste of time and money. One-they were so late that he had to call twice to check where the heck they were. (we don't live far from here.) And two, when it arrived it wasn't at all what he'd ordered. There is no chicken or bacon at all, only mushroom and spring onion with the cream sauce and pasta. Not a lot of taste either. I've added a can of tuna to mine to make it worth eating. Rediculous. Not what you'd hope for when having a 'treat take away dinner. ' Don't bother...
