I called up to place an order, and the lady on the phone was talking so quick I could hardly understand her. I ordered, and when we got home from picking it up, it was the wrong item. I called up to clarify, and she kept insisting I ordered the wrong thing. I insisted I didn’t, and didn’t even have any idea what it was (it was spicy, and said ‘daily special’ on the receipt). I asked if she could make the right one, and I would pick it up. And she said fine. My partner went to pick it up, and she practically threw it at him and snatched the incorrect one back. He was upset at how he was treated, and we will not be returning. Honestly, It’s a $15 bowl of noodle, I hope it was worth it. Because we are locals and you have lost a lot more business than that.
Have you not heard of good customer service? Sometimes miscommunication happens, (especially if there is a language barrier as there was in this scenario), however it is how you solve and deal with issues which gets customers returning. Bellarine noodle and sushi give great amount of meats, seafood and veg in the combination noodle bowl.
Good price for the sushi also.
Staff are great, I don't even order anymore , I just get my usual and it's ready before I sit down.

Still, if they have cold ones sitting out, the staff often refuses to make fresh ones — and won’t sell us any at all.
