The girls there are all so rude! Keept ignoring me because I was on the phone to my kids seeing what they wanted to eat so they keept skipping me… most rude girls that work there should be fired..they talk back lol shouldn’t hide behind a counter…and some man gets involved that dosnt even work there.. those girls are disgusting that work there.. u ignore me because I’m on the phone there is no policy to where I cant be on the phone while ordering no policy and no law so I shouldn’t be ignored and skipped .Especially while ordering for my kids... so girls do your job properly ! I’ll be seeing u again soon.. lol all talk behind a counter. Don’t start acting tough behind a counter.. come and talk to me like a normal person… very unprofessional… no such policy that you can’t be served while on the phone to your kids while they tell me what they want. Need different employers. All need to be fired...

Highly recommend the multi-grain bread. One of the best I've ever tried.

I've been purchasing my multigrain bread here every couple of days, really impressed with the quality.

The doughnuts are also excellent, family apple pies when you can get them are also delicious.

The team provides fantastic service, it's a joy to be greeted by the friendly staff.

Only improvement I could think of, is bring back some seating for indoor dining.

I would love to give bake and grind 5 stars as the food and coffee is so good and affordable but unfortunately the service ruins everything. Every time I go here the staff are so abrupt and look like they don’t even want to be there. It would be a great store if the staff were better but they are impatient and rude. Hopefully management actually look at this review and do something about it, as I have seen other reviews about the staff...
