Been a year I am regular to bean squeeze drive through.. I am actually a happy costumer with great costumer service and good gestures that makes your day go good with a good coffee… But this is not going good these days as In shannon avenue there is a lady staff with a glass on her… She literally needs to know what costumer service really is… manager needs to tell her that… I work myself in a costumer service… I know myself and always we make sure what a good team does is trying to share smile and happiness… But she just ruins your day by really off expressions everyday when she is at the checkout… just imagine getting your coffee with such rude manners… She is very rude… doesn't greet at all and hands over your coffee by dead expressions like “here is your coffee”… and now just get lost kinda attitude… I wonder does she does that all the time to all of us or particularly to people whom she decide not to like without any reason… she needs to know that she is representing this beautiful drive through which makes geelong so beautiful… and to all other friendly staff… To make manager know her I can say that she was in checkout window today 21st May 2022, saturday.. She wears glass and I wish she doesn't ruin others day by her way of treating.. Hope this review will help bean squeeze to be at its best...
Read moreI adore the Girls who work at all of the Bean Squeeze drive-throughs around the Geelong City and Geelong West areas, however, yesterday the Girls at Shannon Avenue went well and truly beyond what is to be expected of them...I made my order after a hard early morning shift and when I went to pay, I realised that my son still had my eftpos card...Without missing a beat, the beautiful young woman said, do not worry bring it back later...So not only do we get the best coffee/tasty food options, I always get a group of workers whom are happy to see me and have a chat...To the owners, well done on your shop, but a far bigger well done on your chosen staff, they are all such welcoming...
Read moreI love coming here and do so nearly every weekday. The service is always friendly and quick and the coffee is always great. BUT is there something wrong with management? The staff turnover is massive. I've been noticing for a while that the baristas are different day-in, day-out, and today there was one poor woman running it on her own. I would feel a lot better about patronising the place if I thought it was a good place to work. Management needs to step up their game and retain some of the amazing staff they get. +5* for the consistently great service I get, -5* for management who...
