Extremely rude service – go elsewhere if you want basic respect

I stopped at Bowser Bean Euroa at 7:00 am for a quick breakfast. I ordered a coffee and oats, and while browsing the fridge for something else, I picked up a sealed, pre-packed wrap to check the ingredients, since I don’t eat ham or beef for personal reasons.

To my shock, the lady at the counter screamed, “You can’t play with food!” as if I were a child. I was just reading the label on a packed product, not opening or damaging anything. As paying customers, we have the right to know what we’re buying, especially when it concerns diet, health, or religious beliefs. Her tone was rude, aggressive, and totally uncalled for.

It was an upsetting and humiliating experience, and frankly, the staff seemed like they didn’t care about customer service at all. It ruined my morning. If staff are this disrespectful over something so small, I can only imagine what would happen if there was a real issue.

My honest advice? Skip this place. There are other cafes nearby in Euroa that offer better service, friendlier staff, and a more welcoming environment. Respect and kindness cost nothing.

Bowser Bean Euroa has clearly forgotten the basics of customer care and until that changes, I would not recommend...

I have had ok food here several times. Very fast food with some healthy choices although once my elderly mother got very bad food poisoning after eating a past use by date cold chicken and salad roll. But today my experience was so bad I am driven to write this review. Hot food is ready to go kept in Bain Marie's. And I saw the sign advertising their egg and bacon muffins for $3.00 so I thought I would get one. Big mistake as it turned out. It was so tiny I thought it was a miniature one and it was obviously kept for way too long as it was dry and hard and the egg was also completely dried out and didn't even notice the bacon because it was so thin and with only a sliver to go by. I also had 2 potato cakes. And they were just as bad. Luke warm and soggy. I also noticed that they had piles of both of these menu items being kept. So it would not be hard to improve the volume control to ensure these were presented in a much more palatable and fresh state. There are few options in Euroa for quick take away options and I think the only one part of a petrol station, so it is convenient. I hope they take my feedback onboard and improve their offering so they remain a viable business because if they keep this current standard up I don't think they will last...

I sometimes find it hard to get my morning coffee or tea so that's why I chose bowser bean Cafe in almost any place including this one being in euroa. Their coffe is amazing, they make things plain and simple but don't make the coffe plain and simple as well because they have the best customer service in all of euroa and they are all amazing. Since I've been here I've had heard not one complaint from any of the customers and that's why I'm here now reviewing their business and promoting their business now. Now there isn't why their isn't why i highly recommend another place either than bowser Bean Cafe they do their work properly and they have luxury comfort seating inside the Cafe. On the outside it may just look like a gas station store or just apart of a gas station buts its a hotspot for momentarily hanging out. My favourite thing to get from there is a long black coffe or hot chocolate with a side of 10 chocolate bars. One way to get fat and another way to check them out...
