Chill Bar & Cafe — Restaurant in Victoria

Have spent 3 days straight dining in at Chill Cafe with my family whilst in Holliday. On the Third day i had purchased a burger at another venue and walked through to sit down with family of 5 who had also ordered me other food and drinks. I was very rudely approached by the owners wife who without any hesitation ordered me to leave the restaurant. Myself and my family explained that we had been dining in for three days twice a day spending lots of money there and at the time was still eating food served by Chill Cafe however there was no reasoning with the owner who then called on the husband to come and intervene which was also not a nice experience. 5 minutes later I had other staff come at me agressively threatening police for having my snow boots off as my feet had been cramping. We waiting for our drink about 15mins. We order 6 drinks and the staff staff give a number .ine of ur staff send 1 drinks and without say anything he took the number .then after 15 mins i ask one guy and show the receipt to him that we still not get the other 5 drinks. And he have a look and come to us with very rude and strong voice said we suppose to alert the guy who took the number. My question is before ur staff took the number at our table he suppose to ASK me if the anything else we are waiting. Not me!!!!! And for ur info 1 of my drink fresh juice end up i not received event though i already asking them 3 times. And i i check ur google review no wonder most of then give ratings 1 star and talk about ur staff very poor service.smile not at all. So sad. Never comeback to this STUPID and waste mu time and i will spread to all my friend about ur bad and poor 1...

A lovely little cafe with a great vibe! They serve small hot drinks and have several seating areas, though it feels a bit snug.

There's a great glass corner that offers a nice view of the outside. The music is just right, and it's lively with skiers constantly coming and going.
