My son brought the cheap day acia bowl. $18. It had the most ridiculous amount of peanut butter on it (more than acia). I decided to return it assuming they would offer a fresh one to be made but no she kindly removed some of the peanut butter- which was something he could done himself. So I returned again to explain this seems a little unfair and another staff member came out quite unfriendly and said we weigh the peanut butter. I have had this bowl before and have never been served this amount before. She proceeded to top it with a little more açai. Moral of the story if a customer is unhappy do not tell them they are wrong. It’s now cost you us ever returning and we holiday with multiple families who will not return simply because of your poor customer service. You may not agree with my opinion but this could have been resolved with an apology and offered a replacement or just a simple top up straight away. Me and mum had the honeycomb ice cream. Mum requested a chunk of honeycomb be added to her ice cream and the worker proceeded to inform us, twice, that it’s mixed into the ice cream so we would find them throughout our ice-creams. Unfortunately, the only chunk of honeycomb between us was the piece added to mums ice cream after she requested it. There were just a small handful of chocolate flecks.
