Terrible service and attitude, had to ask twice if we could order. Ordered 3 entrees to share and they only bought out 2. When we asked about the 3rd entree was told it would be here soon. 20 minutes later the waitress bought out our mains and dumped it on the table. I said to the waitress not to bother about the other entree as we now had mains. She made a fuss that it was probably nearly ready to come out. No apology just try to make us wait for the entree to come out after the main meal. Then when we went to pay the bill my friend and I halved the bill and paid. My friend presented her frequent purchase card that after a certain amount of visits give you a reward. Waitress again was rude and said no cant use that you haven't paid the bill in total you split it. We simply just handed over $40 each. The food wasn't nearly as nice as it normally was. Not the best experience tonight I'm afraid. Ordered two entries (I like veriety) asked for them to be served at the same time as my friends received their main meals, unfortunately they were served almost immediately and I was eating a good half hour before my friends main meals were served. I had also ordered desert (banana fritter) which was served at the same time the others received their main meals. I sent the bananas back to the kitchen stating that I wanted to eat my desert at the same time as my friends, a good 3/4 hour later THE SAME plate of food was put in front of me, cold and a melted mess - I requested a fresh, hot serving, which was quickly done. We ordered a bunch of food at 6:30 and received a notification saying it will be delivered around 8:00 which we thought was reasonable on Mother’s Day, called at 8:30 to check up on where the order was and told us they had 2 drivers and a bunch of orders. 9:15 and our next door neighbour knocked on our door saying they had delivered it to them and just left without confirming (lovely of the neighbours to do as it was over $100 of food). Opening the bag we noticed we were missing a major item so we called back and told them, luckily they were nice about it and sent a small item as an apology but sent it out straight away.
