Domino's Pizza Wodonga — Restaurant in Victoria

I order on the app and always order a pepperoni with 2 extra servings of pepperoni (which costs extra). They rarely read the ticket correctly and just give me a normal serving. When I went in the store to pick up at 4.15 on Sunday 12/01 I mentioned it to the guy and he was very dismissive and insisted that there was 3 servings of pepperoni, then said I couldn’t see it all because it was under the cheese. After eating that pizza I can say there was definitely no extra pepperoni hidden under that cheese. I do online orders at my work all the time and it really isn’t that hard to just read the ticket and add any extras, funnily they never miss the extra capsicum I order it’s just the pepperoni. I even put in the delivery instructions when I order delivery for them to please check that they’ve added the extra pepperoni, but that only works half the time. Pretty sure I could buy an extra pizza or two with the money I’ve wasted paying for extras I don’t receive. Delivery was great, being very prompt, and delivery guy was nice and respectful. Pizzas were awful. We had the Vegorama (with chilli flakes added). It was missing sauce for most of it, was very bland, and very, very light on for toppings. But the other pizza was worse. We also got the Creamy Chicken & Mushroom pizza. The only change we asked for was for BBQ sauce instead of what it usually comes with. The spring onion was missing entirely. Only 4 of the 8 slices actually contained chicken. Of those 4 slices there was a total of 10 very small pieces of chicken. The mushrooms were almost non-existent, and only 4 slices had some sauce (I say only some sauce, as approx 1/3 of one slice had sauce, the rest was only pizza dough). Was unsure where the cheese was, perhaps hidden somehow??? We mostly saw pizza dough only, the whole thing was appalling. Ordered a BBQ meat lovers minus the sausage meat but with onion in a 2 pizza,garlic bread,drink deal.Received BBQ meatlovers pizza with hardly any topping,some pieces bare even of sauce.Your pizzas are small at the best of times. Although the flavour is great, base is smaller than other pizza places ,then you skimp on toppings as well.Such a shame this use to be a great pizza shop.We also received the wrong drink and pizzas and garlic bread weren't hot. Up side the delivery man was very polite and friendly.

UPDATE 21ST APRIL,2025 Had family for Easter and needed a quick meal. Decided to grab pizza and see how Wodonga Domino's is now under new management. *Disappointed would be my review.
