So you are at the counter, no-one else around. There is a couple at the side getting coffee and hot dogs. They take your order, and your mone, then 6 other customers come and go and the couple and myself still waiting.

Finally the couple get their order. About 5 minutes later I was handed part of my order, but not correct, so my specialty made was handed to another customer who had a similar order.
