I never realised how much I missed the personal interaction at a coffee shop until GB Coffee. So many places we walk in, place our order and it gets called out and we leave, and that is it, that is the total of our interaction. But to walk in and have the staff recognise you and have a conversation and actually connect in some way (not a weird way lol) has become rarer. Most businesses are so focused on professionalism that they've forgotten the personal touch, but not here. It's refreshing and comforting and wholesome, I love it!
I don't think I realised even back when I was a barista how important it is. If you haven't realised you miss it too, pop in and try it out,...

Overall: simple, good coffee, and cozy...
