Quest Shepparton Apartment Hotel — Hotel in Northern Victoria Region

Recently stayed for a work trip. Advised hotel staff that there was a males clothes found in the between the doona and sheet on the first night in one of the beds. This could not have been an oversight with housekeeping having made up the bed with new bed linen inbetween stays as they would have noticed when making up the bed if clothing was washed with the sheets. I think a general rule for customer service and satisfaction, a simple solution would have to acknoweldge the concern and recitfy by offering to have the bed made up again however the hotel stafff dismissed the complaint and advised that they find that hard to believe there was someone elses clothing found.

Based on my experience the room cleanliness was not of standard and would not be booking this accomodation again despite having stayed at Quest Shepparton before. If you do stay here please ensure you check bed before you...

This place has clean good size rooms with a kitchen facilities. The room has modern appliances with samsung microwave and a huge 40inch lcd tv with dvd player and 6gb per day of wifi which can connect upto 3 devices at one time. Kitchen has 2 electric hotplates.If possible ask for room with balcony they are a lot nicer. We had a king bed in our room which was very comfortable with there were spare pillows in the cupboards. They even provided us with a $15 breakfast voucher for the butter factory cafe.The quest also gym and a laundry for its customers. There are pleanty of shops within walking distance ,and if you love walking victoria lake park is also within walkable distance from the quest. I made a booking by error last year September at this hotel via Agoda on line booking site . I live in Melbourne Australia which has been in stage 4 lockdown for 2 months! I was contacted by Quest hotel Shepparton at 8 pm the night of the booking to say a no show charge would apply! That charge was the full $174 for the night . Shepparton is 3 hours plus from Melbourne & everyone knows Melbourne is in lockdown so how could you go too Shepparton when covid19 law is you cannot go any further than 5klms from your home . After numerous emails no budging by Agoda to refund any amount of the money. So my advice give both these companies a wide birth if you are considering any bookings !!

After this review the manager of Quest Shepparton has kindly agreed to a credit & just awaiting Agoda to refund the money...
