Today, I had a really bad experience at this restaurant while working as an Uber delivery person. I arrived around 1:15 PM and showed the pickup details to a guy named Aatish( I put him in my first photo), who introduced as the owner. He told me that my order was still cooking, so I waited. After ten minutes, I asked a lady waitress about the food, and she confirmed it was still not ready. I waited for another ten minutes, and then I approached Aatish again. This time, he raised his voice and asked me, “Do you ever cook ribs?” His tone was harsh, and I felt disrespected. It was frustrating to wait so long without any clear reason, and Aatish's reaction only made it worse. And after the talks he cancelled the orders from his Uber application. It took almost 45 minutes. Lost my time ,money and made me depressed. I have been doing Uber for last 6 years and more than 10,000 deliveries, never had an experience like this. Based on their previous negative reviews, it is clear that they don’t care about the impact of their words. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I didn’t appreciate how he treated me.
After all this is not about wait and money but respect and attitude. Bossy attitude never acceptable. The restaurant business is not belongs to you who can't answer the questions with patience and politeness. You people are not KING, just an...
Read moreIt was a hour and a half drive from my place and we decided to give it a try. First of all; the environment and vibes were so great. We were welcomed with nice and very helpful staff and coffee and burgers were so delicious. Chips were super crisp. Everything was 5 star. The only thing i was laughing at; the masterpiece burger( which was described as burger with asian pastry and mint sauce with other things) I gave it a try and it came out as SAMOSA in a burger; i was laughing and trying not to be disappointed; well at some point it was my mistake i didn’t get to ask the staff what this patty is. I clearly thought asian pastry could be potato patty. So I wasn’t in a position to be actually disappointed towards staff or the restaurant because I didn’t ask them before ordering. But i have to say samosa was super fresh and crispy; would’ve ordered it as a starter. I just don’t like to mix indian and American cuisine so I didn’t liked samosa in a burger. But i still loved the food and will definitely go back again. Would recommend the restaurant to elaborate the Asian pastry briefly ( samosa ) to clarify to other customers. Because there are tons of asian pastries out...
Read moreI decided to go to Griller’s Mark with a few friends who had been here a few times and highly recommended me to try. It’s a plus point as the meat is Halal. We ordered a few items but we were keen to try the beef ribs - large size. once we received our order It was shocking to see the portion of beef ribs were really smaller than usual and didn’t have barely much edible meat. We were disappointed and decided to negotiate with them and finally the chef agreed to give us another set of ribs to compensate - appreciate the chef understanding the concern. We were keen and asked why the ribs were smaller than usual size, we were told they prepare the ribs by weight, so if the ribs have heavier bones and less meat it’s not your lucky day. Something this restaurant could think and improve as customers wouldn’t want to pay for bone weight. However, The taste and texture of the meat was good, I’d recommend the food. The staff were ready to listen and address our concern which made our experience a good one. Go try the ribs here,...
